Hello Reader, Constructing Modern Knowledge Invites You to a World of Learning Adventures!We are thrilled to announce that this August, Constructing Modern Knowledge is going Downunder for the first time ever. Thanks to the generosity of our hosts, Westbourne Grammar School, a version of our unique immersive professional learning event will be held on their beautiful campus 25km from Melbourne, Australia August 12-15, 2025. Since 2008, the Constructing Modern Knowledge institute has been the gold standard for educators interested in creative computing, making, and project-based learning. One educator even CMK attended ten times! Please join Gary Stager, Sylvia Martinez, Brian C. Smith and other members of the CMK team for individual support towards your learning and teaching goals. Along the way will experience a fantastic set of learning adventures. Our guest speakers celebrate Australia’s remarkable contributions to the world of educational computing, school reinvention, and the importance of the arts in a STEM-centric era. Yes you will learn about technology and its place in the classroom. But even more importantly, you will learn how to make these kinds of magical experiences happen your own school.
